Planning a dinner party is so much fun.  Organized is the key and the paella night I was scrambling.  Finding good fresh seafood is tricky and the hard chorizo, so plan ahead.  After taking the Hipcooks cooking class on Paella, my brother and I decided to take the challenge and practice what we learned so we made a delicious seafood and a meat paella.
